6 Can I run Scilab on my computer?
Scilab is available for most Unix workstations, PC and Linux machines.
A Macintosh port is also available.
Scilab is distributed in source code format and as binary distribution for the following systems:

Dec Alpha (OSF1 V4.0),
- Sun Sparc stations (Sun Solaris 5.6),
- HP9000 (HP-UX B.11.00),
- PC (Linux ELF, WINDOWS (95, 98, NT4, 2000 and XP)).
