Parameters

Description

computes :

                       /x1
                      [
                  x = I  f(v)dv
                      ]
                     /x0
      

The evaluation hopefully satisfies following claim for accuracy: abs(I-x)<= max(ea,er*abs(I)) where I stands for the exact value of the integral.
