The following name convention has been used.

ctms*.*  - Com-port mouse (Microsoft, Logitech and Mouse System modes)
ctmsp*.* - PS/2 mouse

For each of the above the following goes:

l - lefthand support
t - textmode support
s - smaller memmory usage - programs can't set mickeys/second

all.*   - all the .com files (yes even in the much smaller RAR file)
