6.3.1.0.5 Dimensions of non scalar variables

When defining non scalar Scilab variables (vectors, matrices, polynomials and character strings) dimensions must be given. There are a few ways to do that:

Intersci is not able to treat the case where the dimension is an algebraic expression of other dimensions. A Scilab variable corresponding to this value must defined.
