An updated version of FREEFEM					

It now compiles under linux with gcc-4 and scilab 4					

I've renamed this application "SciFreefem" just to highligh the difference with
freefem++ (www.freefem.org).
The only difference with the package FREEFEM is that some files have been
corrected to allow there compilation with gcc-4.
I haven't tested the compilation under windows but it should work fine with
cygwin.
