I want to learn SCILAB for simulating anti wind-up integral action. So please
inform me, how can I get more tutorial which will be helpful for me.

Start by learning to use Scilab and then move up to writing functions in Scilab.
Then go about writing your functions for anti wind-p integral action (or
whatever else it is you wish to do). Don't wait around for some one else to
write that tutorial for you, you write one for others! All the best.
