Calculates the Wheatstone bridge's resistors' values by asking for four aparent
resistance values you can measure using a multimeter					

Hi, i am missing a short description or some comments in your code.
On SciLab 4 the code is not running. Even when function like TK_* are replaced
by TCL_*, it does not work. May be further work has to be done.
I guess, the code will work on SciLab versions < 4, therefore i just can rate
with "Just OK".
