| Description : | The library contains more tan 90 functions for several applications like image and signal processing, file import (MGCplus MEA files, catman file import), geometry, and much more. Also available are help files, which must be added with the Scilab-command "add_Help_chapter". The functions have been developed and tested under SciLab V3.1 für Windows, but they should also run under other operation systems. |

I've tries to realized the matlab "butter" function using the "butter" from your library and got other result. Also, number of element in output vercor are different than in matlab. Please advice Thanks, RivkA
