Ideal fro the ex Matlb user struggling with the differences in implementation
between Scilab and Matlab. While agreeing with the sentiment that it is
generally better to use native Scilab code, I have been in the process of
converting a toolbox from Matlab to Scilab and have found the emulation
functions useful in getting the basic code going however they do notconform
with the Matlab definitins in many cases and fail when usd out of the context
in which they were written. STill better than nothing.
