| Description : | GUIDE FOR CONTRIBUTING A TOOLBOX TO SCILAB

To simplify the work of contributors and users, we have
developed a guideline for preparing a toolbox for Scilab. We assume
that the toolbox may contain C and fortran routines, and Scilab
macros. This guide is described in the Guideline file and
completed by 3 template files (builder.sce, loader.sce, README).
