Summary :
Function to save variables in Scilab to Matlab 4.2.1c, (by Toby Borland) (April
2004).

Description :
mtlb_save_dbg (dbg meaning debug) was written as a response to the mtlb_save
macro appearing in the 2.7.1 distribution of Scilab. I actually had to use the
function and found that half of it did not work as advertised. It follows the
same pecularities as the original where brackets and quotes are not used and it
uses the ~lab
command line format. Running Matlab 4.2 on a 32-bit system really heats the
CPU! Lord knows what 16 bit floating point emulation is doing.
