Summary :
Interface Scilab-FSQP optimization tool (Feb 2000).

Description :
This contribution provides a Scilab interface to FSQP

FSQP is an implementation of Feasible Sequential Quadratic
Programming (FSQP) algorithm, for directly tackling
optimization problems with:

Multiple competing linear/nonlinear objective functions (minimax).
linear/nonlinear inequality constraints.
linear/nonlinear equality constraints.

It has been developed at ISR (University of Maryland).

For a complete description of FSQP (including distribution policy and
conditions for external use) see:

This is the most useful contribution for
me - the difference between a good and very
good optimiser is enormous once you get to
large problems, which I frequently have to
handle, and for such problems optim is
just not good enough -- Thanks!

Extremely useful contribution.
A bit difficult to get in, but
investment is worthful!
