I downloaded the Windows version of the SIP toolbox, but it did not include the
'imread' function which I find vital. Does anyone know where I can download
'imread'?

I have a big problem with 'imread' function. 'imread' don't want to create a map
matrix when you make '[im , map] = imread('example.jpg'). Can you help me ? I
use scilab 3.1.1 and SIP 0.1.1 win 5 for windows...
