imfweo: Seamless Access to IMF World Economic Outlook (WEO) Data

Provides tools to download, process, and analyze data from the International Monetary Fund's World Economic Outlook (WEO) database <https://www.imf.org/en/Publications/SPROLLs/world-economic-outlook-databases>.
