SeedMaker: Generate a Collection of Seeds from a Single Seed
A mechanism for easily generating and organizing a collection of
seeds from a single seed, which may be subsequently used to ensure
reproducibility in processes/pipelines that utilize multiple random
components (e.g., trial simulation).
